What are personal letters?
Personal
letters are letters written by Official or business organisations for
their personal purposes like writing to school, writing a complaint,
writing to banks or insurance companies, or in other words, these are
letters not connected with the business of the person writing but the
addressee's business. For the writer, it may be personal but for the
receiver like bank, police station, insurance company, it is a business
letter. There are some standard and prescribed rules for writing a
